“Missed Period ”
I just had my daughter four months ago and three months ago I got the Depo birth control shot in my arm which lasted three months, and I haven’t had a period for the last three months and then today I started spotting with dark brown blood with very little bit of red blood.

The Depo can cause irregular cycles. Be sure your pregnancy test is negative it normally evens out. Consult your physician if this continues.
