My blood levels?

My blood is 7.5 and it was 9.4 months ago, my potassium is low, and I always had good blood pressure, now it was 109/54. I never swell and I'm swelling now. They want to give me another blood transfusion and im tired and im cold all the time, my fingertips get numb and my bones hurt and sometimes the pain is bad and barrable and others I can hardly take it. I have shortness of breath, I don't have a period every month and they can't tell me where the blood is going. They ran a lot of tests and they all come back well. Is my body just not producing blood and why do I get like this every other year?

Based on what you are describing me you are losing blood, either by an immune process that could be creating a hemolytic process (your own red blood cells are being attacked by your own cells), or by hemorrhage (bleeding ulcer or cancer etc.). The normal blood count is from 13.2 grams of hemoglobin per deciliter (132 grams per liter) of blood for men. Causes of low red blood cells are iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, folate deficiency, certain medicines, destruction of RBC’s earlier than normal (due ti the immune system), long term chronic diseases. As well as others. Your anemia is considered chronic the fact that you have had previous transfusion, most likely it has to do with your immune process. Please, go to the UR to have a complete work-up. You probably need to be checked for Leukemia or other type of blood disease. At least to rule out what is causing your blood to be so low and not keeping your blood levels after a transfusion. Also check for a fungal of viral infection in the blood that could couse the same picture you are describing me. Please. Go to ER/UC as soon as you can. Thank you.
