Occasionally air can travel up the tear duct and collect under the skin and soft tissue. It should clear fairly quickly with a week. If not then see your eye doctor.
Blowing your nose and getting swelling around the eyes means there is a communication between the nasal passage and the risks around your eyes. This must be checked if it persists. There is a risk of infection spreading from the nose to your eyes. Avoid blowing your nose to reduce the risk of infection.
Quite possible that you develop communication between your orbit(eye socket) and sinuses. The air could have gotten into the orbit. You need to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist or ent and have a cat scan to evaluate for possible bone fractures
Go back to hospital for further evaluation. May need X-ray.
Looks like preseptal cellulitis . Requires antibiotic
