Get professional help.
Seek help from local podiatrist asap.
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options. The burning in the feet may or may not be related to Covid, so a proper diagnosis and physical examination are necessary.
You should visit a neurologist and have a nerve conduction study to evaluate your nerves. Covid has a high incidence of neurological issues.
Seek medical care, you may have developed neuropathy.
Covid has been found to cause this condition called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, or POTS, a blood circulation disorder https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/postural-orthostatic-tachycardia-syndrome-pots. There are medications prescribed that can minimize symptoms but you should be seen by a podiatrist for that to rule out other conditions. Hydration helps as well. When you have some improvement physical therapy can be added.
