My partner is not able to poop and having crippling pain?

Hi so my partner is in hospital, she hasn’t pooped for like a month only pooping blood, clots, and a little bit of runny poop. Also, she gets an intense pain in her right-hand side just under her breast she’s had these pains for years and no one can figure out what it is, also she has a lump in her breast which has gotten bigger over the last month. Right now her pain markers are up, and her lymph nodes are high.

She had her breast implants done in Thailand. So it happens like every 3-6 months, comes on strong, crippling pain, bends her over and she can’t even talk, some times it goes away after few hours sometimes a couple of days, atm the pain came on like 2 days ago real strong she went to the hospital and she’s still in pain atm. It’s upper right-hand side below her breast and it’s a sharp stabby pain, then dull then waves of sharp stabby pain, and so on then just randomly disappears.

She has celiac disease and has prolapse bum from trying to poop, she also had her tubes clamped and ever since then she had pain and heavy periods and spotting which beforehand her whole life was light periods, also since the tubes clamped they found out she has endometriosis.

She’s female 36yo, 4ft 11in, around 50kg

She needs a full evaluation by a gastroenterologist, looking for causes of constipation, including the possibility of a defecation disorder, which is usually present when someone has rectal prolapse. The tests to be considered are an anorectal manometry and/or defecogram.
I’m so sorry to hear your partner is having so many health problems. Her problems are complicated given her medical conditions and medications, I’d recommend that she explain all of these symptoms to the people caring for her in the hospital so that they can determine what testing is needed.
The GI problems can cause constipation. There are other problems also. Fiber & fluids help. Endometriosis can also cause pain. The tines “being clamped” wouldn’t cause bad periods unless she had been on bcp’s & had gotten off of them after the “clamping”. The pills frequently help menses. For heavy menses , uterine ablation can work well of not more children are wanted.
