My skin is burning with no rash?

A burning sensation started 3 days ago at the bottom right of the belly button. The pain does not go down to the muscle, and I noticed no bulge in the area. Lifting, even heavy lifting, does not cause pain or discomfort, just when the skin is rubbed or touched. Now after 3 days the burning sensation as spread to back, thighs, and upper arms, Feels like a sunburn with no rash.

Your symptoms may be caused by nerve issues, skin sensitivity, or an infection.

Possible Causes:
Nerve irritation (neuropathy) – Burning pain that spreads could be nerve-related.
Shingles (early stage) – Can start as burning before a rash appears.
Skin sensitivity or allergy – Even without a rash, reactions to clothes, detergents, or soaps can happen.
Viral or immune-related issue – Some viral infections cause nerve pain.
What to Do:
Watch for a rash – If one appears, it could be shingles.
Avoid irritants – Wear loose clothing and use mild soap.
Seek medical help if symptoms worsen or persist.
