My son is dehydrated?

My son had thrown up the day before yesterday around 10:00 PM and started having major diarrhea. He is still having diarrhea and threw up again around the same time yesterday. He has no fever and taking bottles. But he seems super tired the last two bottles he only has drunk 2 oz from a 5 oz he usually takes and he is 4 months and is still having major diarrhea. Is he dehydrated!?

Make sure he is still having wet diapers, is still active and is still drooling/making saliva. If he is not doing any of those things, he needs to go to the ER right away.
It seems like he is dehydrated from what you describe. Give him Pedilyte or if he is older, Gatorade. If he is not making adequate urine, please see your primary doctor or go to the emergency room.
You need to get your child seen by either your doctor or through the ER asap to assess for dehydration and what needs to be done next.
This is best addressed by a pediatrician. If your son is urinating well then he is not dehydrated. If there is little urination then that would indicate dehydration, along with other physical signs.
