My stool is light brown, and the anxiety is killing me?

Some time that’s normal color for stool but if very light then you should get your liver function checked.
This is not a question that I can answer without a history and physical. You should see a physician to make a diagnosis and this may also help to alleviate your stress.
Light brown stool is normal. If they are very pale and are like diarrhea, then that may need some GI work-up, but don't stress about light brown color.
