Need advice for hemorrhoids?

About a month ago I started having what I believe is hemorrhoid problems. I had a hemorrhoids 7 years ago when I was pregnant but haven't had a problem since a month ago ..I sometimes push to go sometimes I don't I have had tar stool twice in this month and pain when I sit down been a week since I had a black stool. My question is is there something else I can do to help my problem without seeing a doctor this is extremely uncomfortable for me.

Conditions: High pressure but meds keep it good

You are describing 2 different things: hemorrhoids and black stools. These are probably not related. Black stools might be from upper GI bleeding and would not come from hemorrhoids. Use Prep H for hemorrhoids or consider banding by a GI doctor. For black stools, check a CBC to see if you are anemic, in which case an upper endoscopy probably should be done.
