“Nerve sensation”
Why when I scratch just behind and below my right ear, do I feel a pricking sensation on the right side of my upper back between my shoulder blades?

There is a rare occurrence of an unusual sensation in the area you describe, but typically it is there all the time and most uncomfortable when the area is touched. I have no idea why it might be triggered by the area near the ear. There is no nerve connection between the areas.
