You need to consult an ENT who can examine your Vocal Cords and can better give you right answer
Sometimes that can happen with viral laryngitis or other illnesses. If it persists for more than 2-3 weeks without improvement, you should see an otolaryngologist (ENT) so he/she can look at your vocal cords with an endoscope (small, flexible camera that would typically go through your nose).
Muscle tension dysphonia is a chronic straining of the voice that occurs and begins to be a habit for the patient, requiring more and more tension of the larynx in order to make a louder voice. the more tension applied to the voice, the more inflammation occurs to the vocal cords. Ultimately see an ENT to get a flexible laryngoscopy (VC exam) in the clinic to make sure there isn't anything growing on the cords to cause issues with vibration.
Need much more information. Most common reason would be viral laryngitis. Rest your voice completely, drink a lot of water, no smoking, no alcohol. If not not better in three to five days, see an ENT
