Non painful ulcer under tongue?

I have had this non-painful mouth ulcer since about a week ago a long with some through pain and discomfort. Is it something that I should be worried about?

That is a herpetic viral ulcer more than likely. It will last 10-14 days and go away, but can be reoccurring like fever blisters.
When evaluating your oral cavity it is important to understand that there are many factors the influence you oral tissue. This is something that should be evaluated in person by a dentist or oral surgeon.
Have it checked out by your dentist or an oral surgeon. If it is lasting that long, it should be evaluated.
