I recommend that you see a podiatrist or vascular doctor asap.

It's best to be evaluated by a specialist

I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for a through workup to determine the cause of your pain
The best thing is to get an examination to assess your physical findings
Cold is usually related to a nerve situation that usually does not respond to pain medication. But to insure that it is not a vascular situation, consult your podiatrist to make the initial evaluation.
The pain is likely from swelling, the cold toe could be from circulation problem or also swelling can make this cold numb feeling. I would talk to your surgeon.
Could be neuropathy or imbalance of chemistry or vitamin b12. The best thing is to check the nerve conduction system in the foot.
Sounds like a nerve or circulation issue. I'd speak with your surgeon about this.
Complications from surgery should be ruled out. Your symptoms are not normal three weeks out from surgery under controlled or elective conditions. If you had and accident and trauma that was surgically addressed my answer would be different. There is a reason for the numbness and pain which needs to be identified and addressed. The Oxycontin only serves to mask the pain and not solve this emergent problem.
THAT PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY THE SURGERY. WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING HAPPENS WHEN SOME NERVES ARE TOUCHED, YOU GET ALL KINDS OF UNUSUAL SENSATIONS. THEY MIGHT LAST FOR A LONG TIME. NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THEM. YOU SHOULD TALK TO YOUR SURGEON.

Contact your surgeon immediately
Call your surgeon as you may have thrown a clot. Don't neglect this.
If there are color changes associated, it probably is consistent with a problem called Raynaud’s disease. You should go see a vascular surgeon for testing and treatment
You need to check with the surgeon who did the leg surgery 3 weeks ago to find out what needs to be done. Please do this as soon as possible so that you can get an answer.
Hello,

You need to get non invasive vascular testing with ABI and TBI values. Seems like you are having a blood flow issue or throwing clots or emboli into the toes from your leg surgery.

Well, temperature changes are usually related to nerve issues and nerve pain. If you had surgery within the past month, as you have stated, you need to see your surgeon, as it could be related to the surgery. Throbbing could be for any number of reasons. I see you're on Oxycontin, which would mean you are taking medication for chronic pain. Chronic pain issues are also often related to the nervous system-but oxycontin is a particularly strong and addictive drug. So whomever prescribed that is another person you should consider seeing. I would have these issues evaluated by your most recent doctors considering your recent surgery and strong prescription opiods
Morning,

I would advise you to speak with your surgeon who did your leg surgery to make sure this problem is not related to your surgery.

Good luck

Is there any discoloration to either toe? If this is new since surgery it is concerning for a thrombotic event in other words a small blood clot moving down stream and logging in the toe. There could also be some nerve damage down stream from the surgical site.
