“Orthopedic ”

Hello I recently had surgery on my right ankle was given nerve block and when I was awaking i could not feel anything from the waist down but later on i was and still able to move my left leg with no problem Shortly after in recovery i was able to wriggle my toes but now I can't do so and completely numb with no sensation with abit of coldness from my knee down When i try make an effort to move wriggle over my toes it feel it wanted too but nothing I am very much concerned scared and fearful am a paralyzed so i be concernd is this normal
