Overdose 3x nortriptyline tramadol mix?

I had an injury with my knee and back from work. After a year of operations cortisone treatments 4x and epidural as the pain wouldn't subside my work doctor started prescribing nortriptyline to take me off 6x tramadol I was taking a day. After deciding I had chronic pain he upped the nortriptyline to 200mg plus I was allowed 2 tramadol to assist with pain, ended up with 3 x overdose toxicity with a range of symptoms, stutter wrong words forgetfulness, fatigue, bad tingling, and painful arms, hands, feet, legs. I was not sleeping could only shuffle my feet but with the assistance of crutches can walk further as 5 months have passed. As my blood level has since gone back to normal after 2 months my symptoms are still the same I still stutter and forget words when really tired get a spasm in my hands they cramp when really tired and have daily hands and feet constantly tingling and painful and the flesh between toes fingers soles of feet. I saw a video relating to mitochondria and wondered with the high toxicity levels would have killed off some of the mitochondria cells. I am constantly fatigued and exhausted hopefully you are able to help.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out, although I'm not sure what your question is. I'm sorry to hear about your pain and would recommend you seek professional services from a psychiatrist regarding the medication side effects.

I hope this has been helpful!
