Painful Bladder

I’ve been to the doctor multiple times with the same issue, and none of them take me seriously. I’ve been having this issues for years. My bladder ALWAYS feels full, I can go pee, and 10 minutes later I have to pee again. Sometimes I go through phases of it being VERY painful, it’s one of the most painful things I’ve ever felt. It’s like a very sharp stabbing pain down there. I have to pee constantly, during movies, during work, it’s so embarrassing and frustrating. I had UTI’s but this pain, bladder always feels full, and constantly having to go is consistent. I’ve told the doctors how the pain is so bad I cannot walk, lay down or anything. No one takes me seriously. It also is very painful when I do go pee sometimes. I’m convinced its PBS but n doctor seems to care.
