OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OB-GYN

Painful issue normal?

I had a tubal ligation on October 11, 2019, after my third and last baby. My periods have been happening around the 26-28th every month and last month I started my period on the 20th. I bled a few days longer than I normally do. I have recently started cramping so bad, I feel like I could cry some of the time, and I have really bad pains and cramps in my lower abdomen and butt pressure. What can this be?

Need an ultrasound. May be ectopic cyst or tirade adnexa!
Unfortunately, you are going to need an exam and possible ultrasound.
We would need to do a pelvic ultrasound to evaluate the uterus and ovaries.
This has nothing to do with your tubal ligation. You are having dysmenorrhea or uterine cramping with your period, see your OBGyn so that he/she can help you.
