“Pale yellow stools in 13 month old”
13 month old has been having pale yellow stools for the past 5 day. Should I be worried.

It's not normal to have pale yellow stools. It indicates that there is no bile getting to the stool. Since this has been going on for five days it wouldn't take much more for me to make sure you are seeing a physician and having this evaluated. Especially if there are any other symptoms such as vomiting or abdominal pain or tenderness. A simple set of labs and possibly an ultrasound of the abdomen would be able to determine if there is any problem in the bile ducts which allow the bile to drain into the small intestine which gives stool its color.
Those look like pretty normal looking stools for a toddler of that age. As long as there is no mucus or blood in the stool and it doesn't turn white, just watch for now and nothing else to be concerned about.
