Pancreatitis attack & low sugar?

I am in the middle of a pancreatitis attack. I haven't eaten in 2 days now my sugar is getting low. I have been having them for about 5 years. I've been to the hospital before but they sent me home. My doctor did a CT scan and a sonogram I've also had CT with contrast. Over the years I also had an endoscopy. All negative. They do say I have an atrophy pancreas. Verapamil120mg omerprazole 40 mg pain pill 600 mg when needed. I don't want to go to the hospital because of covid if I don't have to. Please, help me. The pain pill is acetaminophen.

Drink orange juice. Google best organic, non-GMO, low gluten diet for pancreatitis. Consult Functional Medicine.
If you have true acute pancreatitis, then this requires hospitalization. On the other hand, your attacks may be pain from chronic pancreatitis, especially if the CT scan shows no inflammation of the pancreas (and the ER is sending you home). In this latter case, you need long term pain control with a GI doc and pain specialist.
