“Penis smell under head?”
Why does my penis smell like fish under the head? Even after I take a shower it still smells. I wash it with soap, and then water after. I take showers daily.

The odor is because of smegma, which accumulates under the foreskin and is most prominent in patients that are not circumcised.

With the currently limited info, my impression is all that you have is much normally expected for a man with a long redundant foreskin. After a well-done circumcision, the smell will be gone but a little smell may still there from sweating there. Of course, before any procedure, adequate counseling for realistic expectations is highly recommended recommended. When uncircumcised, the glands within the foreskin creates smegma which smells exactly as you said. Try when washing to clean a little better, perhaps a minute more with simple soap and water, pull the foreskin all the way back - easiest in the shower. Remember to wash with foreskin retracted back, also soon after masturbation or sex. It is normal for an uncircumcised penis to have that bit of odor, so remember that you would want to clean up as well before sex to be fresh.
