“Questions about alprazolam”
Hi. Long story short, I took a large dose of alprazolam for only a month. I didn't realize that 2-3 mgs a day was a rather large dose. When I stopped a month ago I had some withdrawals but managed and was completely fine by the fourth day. My question is, now that I am 4 weeks out from my last dose and completely withdrawal free, if I were to return to taking alprazolam at .5 mgs once a week for sleep, am I doomed to go into withdrawal everytime or should I be okay?

No, if you take it for a shorter period of time, you shouldn't A month might be too long for you to be on it and not expect dependency.
