Random episodes of physical anger

Just as of this month I've been experiencing random episodes of what feels like anger. One of the most confusing things is that it is mainly physical and I feel it much worse whenever I move in any way (walking, tilting my head, etc) or tense a muscle. There is no trigger to it, it comes on suddenly and lasts an hour or so but sometimes returns later on in that day (usually worse). I've had it about 4 times as of this month. Emotionally and mentally I absolutely do not feel angry at all before, during and after. However, things can make the feeling worse such as sounds, especially people talking (even when I talk) which can make me feel a bit mentally/socially irritable.

My drug history: Celexa from 2014-2018. One time use of weed in May 2020.

Medical history:
Since forever or since young age: Autism, general anxiety, OCD, PTSD, CPTSD, panic attacks

As of 2018 (after Celexa): PGAD, tinnitus, earworm (constant music in head 24/7), IBS, brief akathisia

As of Nov 2020: waves of fatigue which can lasts months at a time, constant migraine in left side, infrequent bouts of dizziness, infrequent bouts of extreme nausea, slight hearing loss in left ear, confused & muddled speech writing reading and thoughts

As of June 2021 (after weed): worsened akathisia, dyskinesia, bouts of depression (also feels physical just like the anger thing), POTs, frequent black dots in vision

As of March 2022 (after covid): Possible seizures (currently getting looked into with doctors), worsened akathisia, worsened dyskinesia, worsened bouts of depression, possibly long-covid due to reoccurring flu & other symptoms

And now as of Dec 2022 - the bouts of anger.

I know it's quite long and complicated but this is why I really need advice on what the culprit could be for this sudden anger. I'm mostly housebound and struggle to get to the doctors, I'm currently on a waiting list of getting a brain scan appointment too so I don't know if there's much point in going back to them about this yet.

Thank you!
