Raspy feeling?

I am 17, I suffer from panic disorder, GAD, and major depressive. I also take Zoloft 100 mg. I've had the following tests come back clear in the last two weeks: d dimer, CBC with differential, CMP, chest x-ray, blood pressure, oxygen levels, troponin, and multiple urine tests. I've felt this sensation twice today and it scares me. A random raspy feeling in my mid-chest. Do you know how a wheeze feels? Like the very end of a bad wheeze? That's how it feels in the middle of my chest. It just feels weird and raspy and out of breath. It's freaking me out so much and I would like to know what it is.

I would bring this up with your primary care doctor and your psychologist. There is something that causes this and it may be anxiety or something in your chest.
It can be anxiety if all other tests are normal.
See your prescribing doctor to check out side effects and any complicating medical issues. See this link for side effects for Zoloft:

I am sorry it is concerning you. As a cardiologist, it does not sound like it is related to your heart. If sounds more like a lung issue. The only way to know for sure is for you to see either a lung specialist (pulmonologist) or heart specialist (cardiologist). It is reassuring all of your labs were normal
