“Rizatriptan before surgery?”
I had a migraine and took Rizatriptan (Maxalt) about 3 days before surgery (Septoplasty). Will this be a problem? I was told by my PCP that it was fine to take and most sources online don’t mention it as an issue, however, I came across one list that said to avoid all migraine medications prior to surgery, including Maxalt. Help!

72 hours prior to surgery will not be an issue.
