My partner (female) has genital herpes. If she gives me oral sex can anything be passed along from genital herpes that she has?

Only if there are ulcers around her mouth. you could get it by giving her oral sex, though. Herpes, the two most common types, can infect the mouth or the genitalia.
Unlikely to get HSV type 2, genital herpes. But you can get HSV type 1, oral herpes. 90% of adults have HSV type 1.
