Seek medical attention?

My daughter just banged her forehead against the corner of her nightstand, it happened a few hours ago. She has a bleeding gash right near her eyebrow. When it happened she said it felt like she was about to pass out from the pain and felt lightheaded. I applied a wet towel to stop the bleeding and applied ointment and also a bandage on the gash. It has been a few hours and she says the gash is throbbing and really sore, it also hurts every time she looks to the side. Should she seek medical attention?

Yes, she should seek medical attention right away.

YES. BETTER TO CHECK IT OUT AND IT BE NOTHING, THAN A CONTUSION. BESIDES, THE OPEN GASH MIGHT NEED ATTENTION TO MAKE SURE SHE DOESN'T DEVELOP  A SCAR.
