Severe adverse reaction after receiving the mandatory anthrax vaccine?

What kind of problem can cause these symptoms? Red swollen face, red swollen arms, grey-colored skin, chest pain, difficulty breathing, extremely lethargic, dizziness, nauseated, vomiting, very severe headache, joint pains, bloodshot and watery eyes, pinpointed pupils, nervousness, anxiety, rapid heartbeat, 102.7 degree fever, chills, muscle pains, skin sensitivity, blurred vision, muscle spasms, urinated brown fluid, total paralysis, back pain, stomach pain, drenching sweats, blood/greenish clear thick fluid pouring out of both nostrils non-stop for 7 days straight.

Quite a few things come to mind like sepsis, upper respiratory infection, mononucleosis, hypereosonophilia, etc. I would seek urgent medical attention.
