My boyfriend decided to clean his penis with rubbing alcohol 15-20 minutes before sex (because I keep getting urinary tract infections + BV, and he thought it would help for SOME REASON). By the time we started, it was completely dry. After, I have no irritation or weird feeling. However, could this hurt my vagina in any way or cause infections?

Yes, don't advise.
How considerate of him - but no, it should not hurt you or cause infections. Small amounts of rubbing alcohol dry quickly. But let's not do that again - as rubbing alcohol is too drying for sensitive skin. A quick shower or regular soap and water should do the trick.
