“Sharp pain on pelvis from being constipated”
Sharp pain on left side of my pelvis and it comes and goes.

I'm afraid I cannot comment much with so little information provided. It would help to know if the pain changes with bowel movement, which would link it to the colon potentially. Could also be an ovarian problem, among other possibilities.
