“Shortness of breath low blood pulse oximeter readings?”
I’m usually staying around 87/88 blood oxygen level while moving and walking around. Sitting down can go to the low 70’s. How concerned should I be and would you advise hospitalization immediately? This problem has been going on for months now.

You should be very concerned and get evaluated immediately.

You have a lung condition that needs to be attended to. You should at a minimum have a chest X-ray, a lung function test, and an echocardiography.
