Should I be worried about my health or is it just my anxiety getting to me?

I had recently started having anxiety about my health which has been going on for a few months now. It started when I had chest discomfort and acid reflux. I started scratching my sides causing sores because of my discomfort and had trouble sleeping. I had gone to the hospital after having an anxiety attack for the first time. The hospital checked my heart, blood, and urine and found everything normal. I have also had x rays and a CT scan of my chest which came back normal as well. Recently I have been feeling dizzy in the morning or I have a really bad headache and had a runny nose. I also had a bloody nose last month. It sometimes helped my dizziness when I drank water and ate food but not always.

I also found out that my dad was positive for covid recently when I started feeling dizzy and having headaches. I don't know if this is important but I have irregular periods and have been getting cramps in my toes. I had an OB-GYN look at my female parts and said they look fine and were supposed to do some blood work but I haven’t been able to do it yet. I don't have any health conditions besides anxiety and I am 23 years old. My question is whether I should be worried about my health given the information I provided and what you think might be my problem. My parents tell me that I am fine and that it is all in my head but I keep thinking that I am not okay because of these issues that I have. I have also been experiencing back and chest discomfort still since I started having anxiety.

Since having acid reflex and anxiety I have been taking sucralfate, Lexapro, and Clonazepam. It just seems that my anxiety bothers me to the point where it can be hard to sleep and I take the Clonazepam because I can't relax and the Lexapro does not really help my anxiety. I also have not taken a Covid text since my dad tested positive.

Medications: Lexapro, sucralfate, and Clonazepam
Conditions: Anxiety but no other health conditions

It's very normal and common to worry about health. In fact, I think that is one of the most common things that I hear from my patients that they worry about. It's definitely good that you have been getting your concerns evaluated, and I would recommend you continue to followup with your primary care doctor to keep track of all these different labs and imaging. Anxiety can manifest itself as physical symptoms. If you are not getting relief from your physical problems, and the doctors aren't able to find a cause, then you may consider seeing a therapist to try and identify stressors and reduce anxiety that could be contributing to how you are feeling.
I wonder ,who is giving you that psychotropic medicación, like, Clonazepam , and others mentioned above. If You have not consult a Psychiatry yet, I highly recomended you to do it. Some times these medicatios are given by general Medical doctors in their prívate office. The point is that these medicatios, belongs to a Medical Psychiatry Specialities. They have some side effects and should be given with some special instrucions in orden to avoid them. When You visit a General Medical doctor you are competing with lots of his clients. You deserve a better Medical atención and recomendations to manager your side effects.
It seems that the anxiety is the primary issue. You need to find a way to put your mind at ease. This may require counseling, a psychiatrist, meditation, etc.
