“Should I go to the hospital?”
A while ago I wanna say 5 months at least I was hospitalized with acute colonitis due to diverticulitis that cause a small year in my colon. It seemed like it healed up until a few weeks ago again and it always feels tender in the spot beneath the stomach (sigmoid colon I'm guessing). Is it getting bad again? Or is it in my head?

You should at least see your primary care provider.
Recurrent diverticulitis is common, so you should be examined by a doctor. If another bout of diverticulitis is suspected then a CT scan should be done to prove it.
