I have had upper and left side stomach pain and pressure for 5 days. I am very tired and struggling to get going. Also, I am feeling a little dissociation kind of out of body. I have a low-grade temperature of 96.5-97.5. I’m on augmentin for sinus infection 10 days and on my 8th day.

Yes, you must see a doctor. Investigations must be done.
96.5-97.5 is normal and not a "low-grade temperature." Follow up with your doctor after you finish your antibiotics if you do not feel better.
