Should I workout with shoulder pain?

I have shoulder pain. Should I workout with shoulder pain?

Several factors must be evaluated. Have to make sure you don't have any fractures within the shoulder or major tears of the musculature and ligaments. Examination would be warranted to rule out major issues but I have had patients go back to working out after several appointments adjusting the neck, midback, and shoulders. Then loosening up the musculature guarding around it.
