“Side pain?”
I just woke up to notice a pain in my right side, later something left, bone pain, but it is much better now and sometimes sharp pain in my chest.

If the pain is in your abdomen, then you may need a CT scan. If it's in your chest, then this is your heart or lungs, thus you may need to see a Cardiologist or a Pulmonologist.
First I would like to ask if you have ever had a Panic attack? A feeling of anxiousness, shaking, fluttering in your chest like your heart is rapidly beating and slowing all at the same time? I ask this because you say "having woke" secondly I would be curious as to your diet prior to bedtime.
