I have two black dots on my scrotum and they itch. It comes and goes with the itch

Looks like angiokeratoma (a benign growth of blood vessel) but needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist to confirm and evaluate appropriately
Two black dots on your scrotum that itch could be folliculitis, moles, or ingrown hairs, but they could also be other skin conditions like seborrheic keratosis or skin tags.
If the itching persists, it's best to avoid scratching, as that can irritate the area further. Consider seeing a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hello there! There are different causes of lesions similar to these - some are sexually transmitted and some are not! I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate treatment can be given!
