Small bump on a testicle?

I discovered a small bump on my left testicle yesterday while taking a shower. It's painless and I don't know what it is. The night before, I experience some discomfort in my urethra and anus. I don't think it's an STD because I've never had sex before. I've also had some tiny clustered bumps on the underside of my penis shaft since I was 13 and they don't go away. Please help me with this. I'm 22 years old. The results I see on Google are very frightening.

Try to see Urologist to examine you and to assure the finding.
The bumps on the penis are probably pearly papules since you have never had sex. The bump on the testicle needs to get checked by a doctor. Testicular cancer is the most common solid tumor in young men. You may need an ultrasound. On a positive note, if it moves around and is not attached to the testicle it is probably just your epididymis. Please get checked. RSN
