Hello and thanks for sharing your wrist issue with the FATD community. I offer you my thoughts, tips, and suggestions regarding your problem. From the history you provided, I am unsure how exactly (and when, how bad the pain is, etc.) the wrist pain came about. Understanding a thorough history makes it easier for me to give the most sound advice. Many soft-tissue wrist injuries lead to pain, stiffness, swelling, and warmth. These are the 4 cardinal signs of inflammation. Once this occurs, rest, ice, anti-inflammatory medication (once cleared by your doctor), and sometimes short-term bracing is indicated. If there are no broken bones, after 2-3 weeks it is quite important to begin range of motion exercises and activities (even though it may feel swollen, stiff, and painful). I like this link:

Depending on the severity of the injury, sometimes the pain and swelling do not resolve for 3-4 months, and the injury can continue to heal and recover for 4-8 months. However, staying optimistic, being prudent about regaining full range of motion, and then strengthening the muscles around the wrist and forearm will give you the best outcome. I like this link:

If you feel like despite 8 weeks passing and that the pain and swelling are persistent, then it is best to seek consultation from a medical provider, for x-rays, a good exam, and maybe other treatments. I am optimistic that you will continue to feel better, and sometimes slow progression back to normal is what occurs. Every two weeks you should feel a bit better and function a bit more. I hope this helps.
May be more than soft tissue.See an orthopedic surgeon
You need a personal evaluation with an X-ray.This could be many things. Get Outlook for iOS<https://aka.ms/o0ukef>
I recommend you see a hand surgeon. It needs to be evaluated in person.
I would need to know more about how you injured your wrist. But the picture you sent shows the wrist to be swollen. You need to be examined and have initial x-rays and possibly an MRI scan to further evaluate your injury. Do not delay seeing a physician that can evaluate your problem.
