“Sore armpits?”
My armpits are sore, as well as my elbows and shoulders, I have type 2 diabetes and Osteoarthritis.

Maybe frozen shoulder or possibly heart disease. Advise TV consult.
Hard to know what you mean by "sore armpits." You probably have a shoulder issue - either arthritis or rotator cuff issue. Try advil 3 tabs with each meal. If after a week there is no improvement, see an orthopedic doctor.
