I’ve been a paraplegic ( chest down paralysis ). Is there a cure?

Well that is a difficult question. There are several situations where this is potentially possible and several where this is simply not possible with our current technology. There are several logistics that go into me stating "yes" or "no" and providing guidance. I would have to evaluate you and then determine that.
As of today , unfortunately there's no cure. There are treatment modalities to improve function. There's a lot of research going on on Neuronal and spinal cord regeneration. I'm optimistic that in the next decade we will be seeing significant advances and possibly a cure. Don't loose hope and remain positive and good things will happen. Good luck. Dr. F.
