I've been spotting brown coffee grounds discharge for 10 days now and tomorrow is supposed to be my period.. please am I okay I've not been experiencing itching or smell but just slight cramps yesterday

most likely you are fine. check a pregnancy test. if it's positive, please schedule an appointment with your OBGYN. If its negative, most likely you are fine, just track it and if it becomes a recurring problem, check in with your OBGYN.
