“Stomach ache?”
On and off stomach ache for a week. Sometimes stronger ache than at other times feels like punched in the stomach. Just strong ache not stabbing pain. No pain anywhere else. No fever, no vomiting or nausea, no other symptoms. Been eating bland foods last couple of days.

Might be an acute gastritis, infectious, from something you ate or some other exposure. Should resolve but see a PCP if it doesn't improve.
