Stomach or fibroids?

I am a 54 year old woman. Seven years ago I experienced symptoms of early satiety. It would usually resolve after a week or so and not bother me again for months. Recently, the symptom returned but had not resolved as it usually did. I’ve had heartburn and coughing spells at night and awaken with a very bad taste in my mouth. I also get regurgitation when bending over. Also, I was diagnosed 2 years ago with three large uterine fibroids.

Okay. The fibroids are located in your lowest abdominal spaces. They will not cause pressure on your stomach or upper small intestine tissues. Your stomach symptoms are separate in basic causation. Early satiety reflects delayed gastric emptying most commonly. Reflux happens with delayed gastric emptying also and with hiatal hernia and spasms. Special imaging studies are warranted if esophagus and stomach and small intestine
