Stomach pain?

Stomach pain for 5 days and counting. The location of pain was continuously changing for the past days. Mostly it's been in the appendix area, but also just below the right side ribs or a few other places. I went to the emergency department 2 days ago, when the pain from the appendix area moved to the groin area. While previously I had only dull pains, the groin area pain felt like it was burning or what I could feel after I would run a quick mile with 0 exercises. This is almost gone now (I suspected it's a groin strain? Leg became harder to move), but doctors didn't know what it could be. So in the hospital, I had a blood test, urine test and I went through MRI. The appendix is fine, no kidney stones either. All the results were fine. So they thought it's just some virus. They told me to go back if it gets worse. My stomach is bloating every day and whenever I eat something, I get a dull pain just below the highest point of my right ribs for a while. I also eat a little bit less since my stomach gets full faster now somehow. What could be causing this?

Not an easy case. You already had evaluation in the ER so all objective testing is negative. If this pain persists then you should see a PCP or GI doctor to get a more detailed history. It might be an acute gastritis if there is discomfort after eating.
