I'm 14 years old and my stomach has a pulse that does not match my heart.

Not sure what you mean by this. The only "pulse" that can be felt in the abdomen is that coming from the aorta, and the aortic pulse should coincide very closely with the pulse felt elsewhere such as in your wrist. You need to be examined by a doctor if there is some concern.
