I had influenza a about two weeks ago and during it my tight side started hurting mostly after sitting a while then when I’d walk it hurt then the left side near my belly button I’m my stomach area was swollen a little and lower back pain on both sides started One tine I had pain under my left rib cage but not since

I can't provide much advice without more information. It seems that the pains are related to movement and thus maybe not secondary to an intestinal problem.
