I went to the toilet yesterday and notice that my stools looked black I’m so worried it’s bowel cancer I’m 48

Medications: Aspirin, bisporol, statins , cliopram

Dark style could mean occult blood. I recommend evaluation to test for blood in the stools and a colonoscopy. 1st screening Colonoscopy is recommended at 45 y/o.
