Swollen lymph nodes?

My lymph nodes are always swollen, but I’ve noticed that they actually only swell later in the day. In the morning, they are normal, but by the end of the day my lymph node on my neck is always swollen. Is this normal?

If your lymph nodes are truly swollen all the time you should definitely see an ENT for further work-up of what could be causing this. However, they may not actually be swollen, they may just feel different at different times of day, or you may have muscle tension in the neck that gives you the impression that your lymph nodes are swollen. Only a visit with your doctor to order an ultrasound or CT scan of the neck will determine if the lymph nodes are enlarged or not.
Hello,

This all depends on the circumstances. Suggest seeing an ENT Specialist.

Best to see an ENT physician, have an evaluation, lab tests, possibly ultrasound with needle biopsy, chest X-ray. Get some objective data.
