Go and see a head and neck surgeon that may do a needle biopsy of the nodes to rule out any possible problem and also look into your nose and throat to look for a cause of bleeding.
You should seek an evaluation by an ENT surgeon. The persistent lymph nodes will require additional investigation, such as blood work, CT scan with possible fine needle aspiration biopsy of the lymph nodes.
Best to see internist for exam, complete blood count, coagulation studies, liver enzymes, possible needle aspiration or lymph node biopsy. Lymphoma can be indolent for some time.
