Symptoms of a heart attack?

For about 3 weeks, my left arm keeps going numb/tingly for no reason. It's mostly when I'm laying down or asleep and when I'm not laying down as well. I've had chest pain for a while. About 6 months ago, I went to the heart hospital and they kept me overnight and did a ton of tests but said everything appeared ok. Tonight I had a sudden really sharp stabbing pain right in the middle of my chest between the breasts then it went away. I have had heartburn often lately, which is super unusual for me. I'm scared and have no insurance to see a good dr. Do you think a heart attack or maybe a stroke is heading my way?

It’s unusual to have a heart attack at this young age. Nevertheless, other conditions such as spasm of the esophagus (the swallowing tube) and acid reflex can cause chest pain. You need to see a family doctor.
You should once again get EKG.
Chest X- ray PA,Left Lateral
Blood test heart enzyme
Carotid Ultra Study
Have your physician help you analyze these tests
